REFUND POLICY

We have equality guarantee and provide after-sales service for the product. If you have any quality problem, please feel free to contact us. We will offer you professional instruction and solutions in a timely manner.

For the whole scooter, vulnerable parts such as tires, brake discs, horn, dashboard, lights etc. are backed by a 90-day repair warranty. Batteries, controllers are covered by a 180 day repair warranty, motors and frames are covered by a 365 day repair warranty. If the problem is caused by non-human factors, we will provide new spare parts for free.

During the maintenance period, all additional charges and shipping cost will be borne by buyers if buyers have the wrong size or color.

Seller is not responsible for incorrect return and loss of refund, buyer should pay more than 20% return cost, and double shipping cost should be added to buyer's cost.

The scooter we sell are regular new products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

Note: Goods cannot be returned, orders once accepted by our company cannot be canceled except with written approval from our company. Before returning the items, please contact us first (after-sales customer service email address: support@nanrobot.com).

Custom-made items and special orders may not be able to be returned unless it is determined that our company provided them in error. Customers who return goods are responsible for freight charges. If the returned goods are intended for the second sale, our company will collect the costs and costs of packaging.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific charges should be based on the express company you choose.
If, for our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

Exchanges (if applicable)
